How long does it take to get set up on Primeharbor?

Most agents and teams are fully operational within 24–48 hours. Our dedicated onboarding specialists will migrate your existing contacts, listings, and transaction history from any previous CRM or spreadsheet at no additional cost. We also provide a live onboarding call and access to our comprehensive video training library so your team hits the ground running.

Can I import my existing contacts and listings from another CRM?

Absolutely. Primeharbor supports one-click data migration from all major real estate CRMs including Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Top Producer, Contactually, Salesforce, and HubSpot. We also accept CSV/Excel imports. Our team will review your data before migration to ensure everything imports cleanly. There is never any data loss or disruption to your business during the transition.

Does Primeharbor integrate with MLS systems and real estate portals?

Yes. Primeharbor integrates directly with over 650 MLS systems across North America through our RESO-certified data feed. We also syndicate listings automatically to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, Homes.com, and 45+ additional portals. Lead inquiries from all these portals flow back into your Primeharbor pipeline automatically for seamless follow-up.

Is my data secure? What compliance certifications does Primeharbor hold?

Your data security is our highest priority. Primeharbor is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and CCPA compliant. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We maintain a 99.97% uptime SLA with redundant infrastructure across multiple data centers. We never sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. Regular third-party penetration testing is conducted quarterly.

What does the virtual tour feature include exactly?

Primeharbor's virtual tour suite includes support for 360° panoramic photo tours, Matterport 3D walkthroughs, Zillow 3D Home integration, interactive floor plans with room-by-room measurements, and branded virtual open house hosting. Our tour analytics dashboard shows you how many visitors viewed each tour, which rooms they spent the most time in, and which tours are generating the most lead inquiries — helping you optimize your marketing efforts.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date. Annual subscribers can cancel at any time, and their access continues through the end of their paid period. Upon cancellation, you can export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) and we'll retain it for 90 days in case you change your mind.

Do you offer discounts for large teams or brokerages?

Absolutely. We offer custom enterprise pricing for brokerages with 25+ agents, franchise networks, and real estate investment firms. Volume discounts are available for annual subscriptions.
