Absolutely. We offer free white-glove data migration from all major property management platforms including AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Yardi, Rent Manager, and others. Our migration specialists handle the entire process — tenant records, lease data, payment history, and documents — with zero downtime. Most migrations are completed within 3–5 business days. We've successfully migrated portfolios ranging from 10 to 5,000+ units.
Tenants can pay via ACH bank transfer (free for tenants on all plans), debit card, and credit card. ACH payments are processed within 1–2 business days and are deposited directly into your designated bank account. Credit and debit card payments carry a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee, which can be passed to the tenant or absorbed by the property manager depending on your settings. We also support recurring auto-pay, which tenants can set up from their tenant portal in under 2 minutes.
